If you're paying through Ko-fi, I'll send a discount code through your email if your character has a visible disability aid such as crutches, canes, wheelchairs, hearing aids, stoma bags, etc. If you're paying directly through Stripe Invoice, I'll factor in the discount myself.

- Some animals (dogs, cats, horses, foxes, bunnies).I will NOT do:
- Heavy gore;
- Hateful, bigoted or harmful art;
- Explicit NSFW
- Any NSFW of minors or real people;
- Mecha;
- Complicated weapons such as big, elaborate firearms;
- Celebrities in general;Negotiable:
- Furries, monsters, fantasy animals and non-humanoid creatures.While I’m not well practiced in drawing most fantasy creatures, monsters or furries, I am learning and willing to try. DM me if you’re interested in seeing examples and/or commissioning them!Also, please enquire about more detailed subjects you’re interested in commissioning! Some topics (e.g. extremely technical drawings) would need negotiating before I agree to take on your commission.

Terms of Service

- Clients must be legal adults.- Payment through either Stripe invoice, or Ko-fi.- Prices are shown in USD, and will be converted to BRL in the Stripe invoice.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, and cancel at any time.- Prices shown are a general starting point, and will vary depending on complexity, time needed, availability of references, and research needed to complete the piece.- Contact me through my email, or tumblr DMs (with email being preferred). Note that I'll ask that any needed references are sent through with your order, either in the email/DM itself, or as a Google Drive folder.- Provide as many references as possible, which can include stock photos, pose references, clothes, wings, horns, sketches of yours, picrews, color palettes, etc. If you don't have a visual reference or need me to design a character for you from scratch, there will be an extra fee of + 40 USD. If there's any of my work you like the vibe of and would like something similar, please tell me, I'd love to know!- While it's negotiable to alter certain features for your needs, I will not accept requests to completely change my style. This includes not drawing chibi, copying another artist's style, or designating overly cartoony or fetishized bodies. Visible chub, muscle, bone and physical features that real people have do not fit into this definition, and therefore are okay.- You may pay the full price upfront or pay 50% of the price after the first rough draft, and 50% after completion and approval. In the later case, I will only send the full quality image without a noticeable watermark and/or WIP sign after full payment is received. Note that it is only possible to pay the full price upfront through Ko-fi.- Even if you pay the full value upfront, the first 50% of the price is non-refundable. You will only be required to pay it after I agree to take the commission and send you a rough first sketch for approval, and then I will continue after payment.- Please do not send payment before I explicitly agree to work on the commission and send you the first draft for approval. Note that I won't offer refunds after finishing a piece.- Most changes are free during the initial sketch process. If a significant change is needed, especially in the later stages of the artwork, I will then charge extra depending on how much time and effort will be needed for the adjustment, unless I misunderstood what you originally asked for.- I will give you an estimated time in which the commission will be completed (usually under a few weeks for a simple piece, and up to a month for a complicated one), and update you through the process. If you need a short deadline, please warn me beforehand so I can give you priority + charge as appropriate.- I will not claim the intellectual property of characters I don't own (so your ocs will remain yours, for example).- I have the right to the full copyright of my art, and the rights to use it wherever I see fit, in my portfolio or in social media posts, for example. If you wish for your commission to remain private, please warn me beforehand.- I will not profit further from the commissioned work after payment and completion — which means I won't use it for posters, stickers, prints, or commercial use in general in the future.- Prices are for personal use only. If you wish to use my work for commercial means, contact me so we can discuss terms. You cannot legally use my work in a commercial manner without my permission.- Please do not remove my signature or significantly alter the artwork without my consent. Minor edits such as cropping, adding a filter or adding text are okay, as long as they do not cover/remove my signature.- Do not claim my work as your own. Credit is asked if you share it on social media.- I do not consent to my art being used for the creation of NFTs or AI generated images. All use of my work for crypto, AI modification or database training are explicitly prohibited.- English is not my first language, so please be patient with me if I misspell or misunderstand something.- As an additional disclaimer, note that I am chronically ill and my health may affect how long the commission takes. I will warn you of any expected delays in the delivery, but I ask that you please be patient with me as I need to be kind to my body.By commissioning me, you confirm that you've read and accepted these terms.
